About Quilters Etc

In 1981, several ladies who enjoyed quilting put an ad in the local newspaper inviting all interested quilters to meet in a small room above one of the local banks. To their surprise several dozen women showed up eager to be part of a local quilting organization, and Quilters Etc. was born!

Through the years, our group has grown to the point where finding a meeting place large enough for our members has become a challenge. The Guild meets monthly, January through October, and hosts a quilt show every other year. We also enjoy friendship groups, donating quilts to local causes, quilting retreats and sew-ins, quilt challenges, block of the month, and others.
