Meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Include a color photo of the top (printed on paper is fine) to help with show layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If submitting multiple quilts, be sure to specify your order priority on each form in case more quilts are submitted than can be displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\"><em>Note<\/em>: The quilt does not need to be finished at the time of submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Quilt Requirements\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Each entry should be a cloth bag (pillow case or other) with your name and contact information clearly attached.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Each quilt must have a sleeve\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Sleeve must be 4\u2033 high (or deep)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Sleeve must be width of quilt short by 2\u2033 on each side (quilt width \u2013 4\u2033). If the quilt is 64\u2033 wide, the sleeve should be 60\u2033 wide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Sleeve must be securely attached to the back for hanging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">KEEP you submission receipt for pick-up.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Upon submitting your entry for display at the show, you will be given a receipt with a description of the quilt and your name on it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">You MUST sign and turn in the receipt to take the quilt back. A volunteer will also sign at pick up so that there are two people verifying that you receive the correct quilt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If you are unable to pick up your quilt after the show, please contact another member of the guild to collect it for you.
